Good evening? Tonight, the United States finds itself yet again in a strange and uneasy partnership halfway around the world and again it’s been forced by a nuclear threat from North Korea. The North is threatening to do it again, blow off another nuclear weapon if not 비록 아니라 지라도 several more.

 

China and the United States find themselves on the same side in this. They both have limited options and they know it and they don’t want North Korea setting off 폭발시키다 or selling off nuclear weapons. We begin here yet again tonight with our chief foreign affairs correspondent Andrea Mitchell at the State Department 국무부. Andrea, good evening? Good evening, Brian? NBC News has been told by US officials that North Korea’s military has informed 통지하다 China it intends to explode not only one nuclear test, but a series of underground nuclear tests.

In its first response to the sanctions, North Korea’s state television said the UN action was like a declaration of war.
