The government says they were targeting terrorists, but people nearby say the victims were students and teachers. A huge break 급변 in the case, involving that deadly Esperanze wildfire in California that killed 5 firefighters. Investigators have named 36-year-old Raymond Oyler of Beaumont, California as a primary suspect in that arson. Charges include 5 counts 기소조항 of first degree murder, 11 counts of arson and use of an incendiary 방화의, 불을 내는 device.
