And good evening from the campus of Virginia Tech. This campus is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains about 40 miles from
Virginia Tech is home to a student body <집합적> <대학 등의> 학생 총수 of about 26,000. Tonight, the death toll 사망자수 here stands at ~에 이르다 33. The result of a horror that unfolded 펼쳐지다 here early this morning. And so tonight, there are 33 dead, at least 26 wounded in what is again the deadest shooting rampage in our nation’s history.

Brian? All day long people here in Blacksburg have been asking questions like why did this happen and who would do such a thing, but also tonight we’re hearing quite often how could this happen here in Blacksburg, a town where peace and quiet are usually taken for granted ~을 당연한 것으로 생각하다.
