Good evening? So now what? The Iraq war showdown 결판 between the president and the congress is very much unresolved. Today, as expected, the house 하원 upheld <결정·판결 > 확인하다 the president’s veto 거부 of a war funding bill that would set a date to begin withdrawing 철수 시키다 troops from Iraq.

As leaders of congress came together at the White House this afternoon, all sides pledged to work together on a troop funding bill that could actually become law. “It’s not going to be easy, but it’s important.” Will the next bill include the timetable 예정표 for the withdrawal of US troops?
