Terror Ruling
Good evening. It is not often you will see a federal court call a policy of the President’s disastrous 대실패의. But it happened today as a panel 배심원단 of the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals 연방 순회 항소 법원 ruled the government cannot order the military to hold the civilian in the US indefinitely even if that civilian might be a potential terrorist. The three judge panel by a 2 to 1 majority 다수결 said the President claims <당연한 것으로> 요구하다, 주장하다 power that far exceeds that granted 승인하다 him by the constitution 헌법. We begin tonight with ABC’s Pierre Thomas.
Ally Al-Marri has been in solitary confinement 독방감금 in this South Carolina naval brig 해군 교도소 for four years.
