그루지아, 러시아 미사일 공격 비난

Georgia 그루지야 <독립 국가 연합 가맹국의 하나> accuses 비난하다 Russia of aggression <정당한 이유가 없는> 침해 claiming that it fired a missile onto its territory. A second outbreak <전쟁·질병 등의> 발발 of foot and mouth 구제역 is confirmed in Britain leading to another call of cattle. And a rescue mission is launched 착수하다 to find six miners 광부 trapped underground in the United States.

Jim, many thanks. We begin with those charges 비난 coming out of Georgia. Officials there say that Russian aircraft over flew Georgian airspace north of Tbilisi on Monday and fired a missile that hit near a village. The device 폭발물 didn’t explode, but Georgia is calling the incident an act of aggression. Moscow says the charges are entirely false that no Russian military aircraft were operating in the area.

 

A short while ago, I spoke with Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs 외교부장관, Gela Bezhuashvili, who said that his government wants a strong reaction to the incident from the international community. “We are European country. We want European response first of all on the fact of, you know, aggression against a sovereign country 주권국.”

 

Well, Georgia’s Foreign Ministry 외무부 has summoned 호출하다 Russia’s ambassador 대사 to receive an official protest about the incident. Georgian officials have frequently claimed that Russian military aircraft have violated 침해하다 their airspace and Moscow has always denied the accusations 비난.
