Good morning. Tragedy 비극 compounded 악화시키다. From NBC News, this is TODAY with Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira, live from Studio 1A in Rockefeller Plaza.

 

And good morning, everyone. Welcome to TODAY on a Monday morning. I’m Matt Lauer. And I’m Meredith Vieira. Today, it has been one week since that massive 대규모의 earthquake rocked 흔들다, 진동시키다 China. More than 34,000 are dead. But Matt, they say that number’s gonna to continue to rise. No question! The horrible news is that now relief workers are giving their lives 목숨을 바치다 as well. We’re gonna go live to the scene for more on the quake <구어> 지진 and those devastating <완전히> 파괴적인 mudslides in just a couple of minutes.

The injured, the dazed 망연자실한, people beginning to realize their most loved ones are missing in their destroyed town. Some are ordering people to get out, to seek open ground, but many are just too confused or injured to heed ~ 주의<조심>하다 the warnings.
