This morning, cities under water. Entire town swallowed by rising water after levees 제방, 둑 give way 무너지다, 부서지다 causing the worst flooding ever in parts of the Midwest. Thousands are being evacuated 피난<대피>시키다 and forecasters say it is not over yet. Sam is live in the flood zone.
