Good evening. Dayton is the first stop on our 5-day bus tour through the battleground states of Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana and Iowa. States that could decide this presidential election. The top issue, everyone says it, the economy. People worried about their jobs, fearful about their investments. Fears echoed from here to Wall Street today. The DOW Industrials plunged 떨어지다, 추락하다 800 points before pulling back late in the day. Still the DOW lost 370 closing below the 10,000 mark for the first time in 4 years. Good evening, everyone. Another week is starting out very badly on the financial markets not just here, but all over the world. We begin though on Wall Street because for a time today it looked like the DOW was headed for its worst point loss ever. It was down 800. But by the end of the day the DOW had recovered about half of that and investors breathed a sigh 한숨 of relief.
