The Marine Corps <미> 해병대 has announced murder, kidnapping 납치, other charges against 7 marines and a Navy medical corpsman 위생병. The charges are related to the killing of an Iraqi civilian. The Marine Corps made the announcement this hour at a news conference 기자회견 at the California base <군사>기지 where the suspects are being detained 감금하다, <사람을> 병원에 수용하다.

The US has rejected North Korea’s offer of direct talks about its plan to long-range missile test. UN Ambassador 대사, John Bolton, says threatening to launch a ballistic missile isn’t the normal way to engage in talks. And if the US accepted, it would only encourage more of that same behavior.

And our common desire to make sure that Iranians do not develop a nuclear weapon. And step one of achieving a diplomatic success is to share a goal. And there's no question we share the goal of Iran not having the capacity and, or a nuclear weapon.”
