The Day After NK Missile Launch

Maybe it was to be expected they could not resolve themselves regarding a statement, a simple statement, even to condemn what NK has done. There was a lot of support for Japan’s position. Said the Japanese…it was their country that this missile flew over and then broke up! The Japanese ambassador. He wants a resolution something legally binding, the most powerful statement the Security Council can make. However China and others feel this is not the time to rock the boat.
