커피를 마시면 건강해진다?

And finally tonight, a story that should perk up ~에게 기운을 차리게 하다 coffee lovers everywhere. More than 80% of adults in this country start the day and many end it with a cup of coffee. Well, today, we got more intriguing 흥미를 자아내는 evidence that coffee can be good for you. With a new study that suggests it can cut your risk of Type 2 Diabetes 2 당뇨병, here’s ABC’s John McKenzie.

 

On any given morning, more than a hundred million Americans reach for a cup of coffee to jump-start 개시하다, 활성화하다 their day. Many admit they’re hooked 사로잡다, 열중 하다. “I guess I’m addicted to <수동형으로> ~ 중독되다 caffeine and I like the taste.” But mounting evidence suggests all those lattes and cappuccinos might not only improve your mood, they just might improve your health. Daily cups of coffee have been linked to a reduced risk of Parkinson’s Disease, liver cancer, gallstones 담석, and especially Type 2 Diabetes.

 

A variety of studies now shows that drinking 4 cups of coffee a day, these are standard cups, 8 ounces in each, is associated with a 30% reduction in the risk of developing diabetes. And the research suggests, the more coffee you drink, the greater the protection. But that does not mean you have to get wired ~ 열중해 있는.

 

The study out today found decaf just as effective against diabetes as regular caffeinated coffee. Both are loaded with 충분히 있다 the same nutrients.
