And good morning. Welcome to TODAY on a Wednesday morning. I’m Matt Lauer. And I’m Meredith Vieira. You know politicians make a lot of speeches, but tonight’s address could be the most important speech that the President has made to date. That’s right. A lot of people are saying that his approval ratings are sliding. Critics of his health care overhaul are growing more vocal. And that’s coming from both sides of the aisle통로. So the president will try to quiet them by laying out some new specifics including how to pay for the massive undertaking사업. More on what we can expect to hear from the president in just a moment.
