The official charge against 19-year-old Hosam Maher Husein Smadi is attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. Authorities portray him as a would-be terrorist and say they were first drawn to Smadi about a year ago when they noticed his rants and raves(고래고래 소리지름) on the Internet saying that he wanted to unleash a terrorist attack here in the United States. FBI agents posed as undercover Al Qaeda operatives and began discussions with him online. These discussions are detailed in his ten page arrest warrants.
