Good evening? Tonight, we start with storms. There are states of emergency across the mid-Atlantic as what’s left of hurricane Ernesto brings heavy rains to the region. Storm strength is measured by winds, but floods posed <위험성을> 내포하다, 지니다 the greatest danger and Ernesto is delivering rain, lots of it, up to 10 inches of falling in parts of North Carolina and Virginia.
